A part of my order had a small defect, and I emailed customer service not expecting much. Not only did they reprint those posters for free, they also shipped them overnight to me. Customer service even made sure to call me personally to keep me updated when one of the printers broke down and still got everything to me in time.

I have the best customer service from Shortrunposters. I am a teacher and it is always nice to have student work displayed in a professional manner. I have a large format inkjet printer that makes bigger posters but it is not cost efficient, I just save more money by sending it out. Every poster comes out perfectly. One time we misspelled a word and did not notice until the order was sent, the staff were able to correct the problem. I have been ordered posters every year since 2006 and will continue to use them every year.
