Preparing Your Files For Printing

Any image we receive is scaled proportionally, meaning it will not be stretched. If your image is not proportional to the 17" x 23" size, there will be extra white space on either side of the image. For instance, if you have an image that when it is scaled to fit the 17" x 23" frame and the actual image size ends up being 16" x 23", the image will be centered and there will be extra border (white space) on the 23" sides.
