No, you will not be charged 3 times. A transaction has two sides, the side that sends the money (your credit card company or bank), and the side that receives the money (shortrunposters.com). When a transaction is denied, your bank tries to gives us the money, but we do not accept. This is why the charges show up. After a few days, these "charges" will be reversed when your bank sees that we are not accepting the payment.
