To complete an order, Shortrunposters.com requires full payment including shipping and any handling fees associated with your order. Upon checkout, you will be charged the amount in full, either to your credit card, PayPal account, or other specified payment source. No refunds will be granted on orders that have been forwarded to our prepress department. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Once you have checked out through the shopping cart system of our website, you will be charged in full to the specified payment source. In some cases, if no work has been completed on your job, you may be able to receive a refund, less a $15.00 service charge and the cost of any proofs that may have already been issued plus any associated shipping and handling fees. We urge you to notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellation requests. File Requirements
We require that all image files be a minimum of 150 DPI at 100% size to achieve minimum quality in the printing process. If a file is uploaded with less than the above original resolution, expect your poster to be blurry, pixelated and/or unreadable, and have color variances. We will print any order that is paid for and that has a file uploaded, and we do not claim to have any authority to discern whether or not a particular file has the proper resolution for printing. Shortrunposters.com is not responsible for poor results from printing due to low file resolution. Shortrunposters.com reserves the right to reject any poster for content - nudity, violence, adult content, profanity, and other offensive material may and can be rejected. In the event that an order is rejected, a full refund will be issued. Shortrunposters.com only accepts the following formats, and all others may be rejected: .tif, .bmp, .ps, .eps, .pdf, .jpg and .png. Poster Printing
All posters are printed on 80# Gloss Cover. Image area is 17" x 23", while the trimmed poster size is 18" x 24". We include a 1/2" white border around all sides of printed posters. As well, our Shortrunposters.com logo, a barcode and order number are printed on the back of the poster. No substitutions can be made. Artwork and Uploaded Images
Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the persons who are shown in the material if applicable. You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. We assume that every image has copyrights, whether the image be in digital or printed form, and we perform our duties as your printing contractor with this in mind. We do not redistribute, reprint, resell, use as samples of our work or any other activity that would require us to reproduce, either digitally or printed, your images. However, over the course of a print run, overages are common in the process of color correction, maintenance and the actual print run. We have strict policies that our employees are not allowed to use these discarded or overage posters for personal use, but we cannot guarantee the use of overages or waste for such purposes once the articles have left the premises. We use a third party recycling company that has their own policies regarding customer privacy. In the course of placing an order with Shortrunposters.com, you are using the internet for transmission. Although when you enter your payment information these transmissions are encrypted, we do not encrypt transmissions while file uploading is taking place. We cannot be liable for a third party downloading any part of a transmission. If this is of great concern to you, you may want to consider sending your files via mail or carrier. Production Time
Production time starts when we receive your files, not when you place your order. Orders received before 1PM CST will count that day as a production day. For instance, if you order Express 3-Day service and your order is received at 11AM on Tuesday, your order will ship out on Friday. Please note that ShortRunPosters.com only offers Express 3-Day service and Standard 5-Day service. Sales Tax
All orders placed in Tennessee will incur the current Tennessee sales tax rate. To be sales tax exempt, you must email or fax us your Resale or Non-Profit Certificate. Indemnification
