You can find your tracking information and order status once you log into your account under "Order History". Once there, you can see the orders you have placed and the current status of these orders. To see the specifics of an order or to retrieve tracking information, click the Order Number on the left side column. You can copy and paste the number starting with "1Z...." into Google.com to retrieve the current tracking information. |

What if I need my order done in 24 hours? |

If you require your order to be completed and shipped in 24 hours or less, you'll need to visit our sister site: Xeikonprints.com. Xeikonprints.com is our "Professional" site where do most of our "to the trade" printing. We cannot expedite our orders on Shortrunposters.com because we gang 50 to 100 jobs per print run and we print only on certain days. We have to work within these guidelines to maintain our low, low prices. |

We currently offer two types of shipping:
Standard Delivery: Cost of Service: Flat $10.00 per order within the continental US - no matter how many different posters you have in one order! Orders are shipped within 5 days of ordering. These orders are shipped via UPS ground. Tracking numbers are provided and are available as soon as your order has been shipped. Simply log into your account, click on Order History, select your order and find the tracking number. Please allow up to 6 days for delivery for some West Coast delivery points
Express Delivery: Cost of Service: Actual shipping costs. You can choose from the available UPS services, such as Next Day Air, 2 Day Express, 3 Day Select, etc. Tracking numbers are provided via your Order History. Log into your account to find this information. |
