The posters are printed on a 18" x 24" sheet, but the actual image area is 17" x 23", giving a 1/2" border on all sides. |

I've tried placing my order several times, and I keep getting an error. I looked on my credit card statement online, and I see three charges to my card! Will I be charged 3 times? |

No, you will not be charged 3 times. A transaction has two sides, the side that sends the money (your credit card company or bank), and the side that receives the money (shortrunposters.com). When a transaction is denied, your bank tries to gives us the money, but we do not accept. This is why the charges show up. After a few days, these "charges" will be reversed when your bank sees that we are not accepting the payment. |

When I put in my credit card information and click the "Continue", it gives me an error. |

We get this problem a lot, and almost every time it is because the billing information that you provided doesn't match the credit card, especially the zip code. If this doesn't work, make sure that you don't have an overdue balance on your card. |
