Credit Card Charges

Chances are that our site had trouble processing your order and return an error message about how you were declined. You then realized that your billing information didn't match your credit card, so you changed it and the order went through. When attempting to place an order with incorrect billing information, our site makes an "authorization" on your card, but cannot complete the transaction until the billing information is correct. These are not "charges", but are "authorizations" that will be reversed. Sometimes this takes a few hours, other times it takes a few days. There's nothing that we can do to speed up the process on our end, but you may have luck contacting your bank.
